Self-Pay Rates:

  • Initial Psychiatric Evaluation: $225

  • Follow-Up Appointment: $160

Payment is due at the time of service.

Cancellation Policy

Please offer at least a 24 hour notice if you need to cancel your appointment. Late Cancellations and No-Shows will be a charged full service fee ($200 initial or $100 follow-up appointments).
